The Most Delicious Gingerbread Cookies DIY
This cookie recipe makes by far the most delicious gingerbread cookies we have tried so far; the dough is firm and smooth to work with, we loved working with molasses to give a unique taste and aroma to the cookies and the house
So we put ourselves to bake to bring you this easy DIY gingerbread cookies, is so easy then even if you don't consider yourself a pâtissier person there is no way for you to ruin this one.
An additional tip that we want to add and highly encourage is preparing the dough one day ahead, let it rest overnight for softer yummier cookies, the more time you give to the mixture the easier to work with since sometimes can be sticky,

Space cookies 1 1/2- inches apart
Bake 1 Sheet at a time for 7-10 minutes the lower time will give you softer cookies
when removing the cookie sheet from oven let the cookies stand until the cookies are firm enough to move it to a cooling rack after cookies are cooling you can start decorating them!
