Paloma Margarita, The Tequila Drink You Should Know About

If you haven't tried Paloma Margarita yet, then you have been missing out, but no worries we are sharing with you all the details so you can make it yourself at your next party and be your new summer drink!

With Cinco de Mayo and summer around the corner, I thought it would be just right to share with you the recipe of one of my favorite cocktails (sorry traditional margarita)
since the day that I tried this refreshing, flavorful margarita I fell in love with it, and now I am sharing the details with you

I was shocked when I discovered that most of the people don't know what a Paloma Margarita is, I was like, you need to try it now! so I figure it would be the same thing around here, so I am spilling the beans now

for this Paloma margarita, you will need only three ingredients if you have them right, tequila or mezcal (that's up to you) lime juice and Grapefruit Jarritos,
Jarritos is the Mexican sodas, they come in different flavors, and they're easy to find in almost any grocery store or bodega around NYC,
I am not sure how easy is to see these Jarritos in the rest of the states so if you can't find it, you will need some grapefruit juice and soda (no biggie)

I promise you this Paloma Margarita will be your next drink of choice this summer, so here is what you will need to do:

Ingredients:

• Salt 
• Grapefruit Wedges
• Grapefruit Jarritos or Grapefruit Juice
• Lime Juice
• Mezcal or Tequila
• If you don't have Grapefruit Jarritos, then you will need some club soda 

Preparation:

Place the salt on a plate, rub half of the rim of a glass preferably a highball glass, with one of the grapefruit wedges and then dip the edge in the salt.
Combine 2onz of tequila, 1onz of lime juice, 2onz of grapefruit juice and ice, shake well.
Fill the highball glass with fresh ice and strain the mix into the glass and top with club soda, garnish with a grapefruit wedge, skip the grapefruit juice and club soda if you have grapefruit Jarritos and mix the tequila and lime juice and top with Jarritos.
